Q1. What are the ways in which I can access the company profiles? |
| A1. You can purchase access to the entire database or pay for each profile that you view. See the rate list below for universal access. If you choose "per profile" it is usually $10.00 each.

| Q2. What countries are included in the database? |
| A2. For suppliers, we currently have Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Canada, India, Japan, Mexico, Germany, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, US. We will be adding several more countries over the next few months.
For automakers we have worldwide data.

| Q3. What if many people in my company want to use the database? |
|
A3. You can either buy an ID for each person (Inquire for the rates on more than 3 IDs.) or you can also purchase corporate-wide access. Pricing will be based on concurrent users.

| Q4. How often is the data updated? |
|
A4. We are continuously updating the data. We monitor news articles and call the company to verify the information that we read. We will contact each company and ask them to verify everything in the profile on a biannual basis.

| Q5. How do I obtain an ID to access the database? |
|
A5. Just click the "Register" link in the left frame. After entering your name and email you will need to continue and enter your credit card information.

| Q6. How will I be charged? |
|
A6. Your purchases are totalled once per day and your credit card processed. Call or email us if you have experienced any technical difficulties.

Q7. How long does a universal subscription last? |
|
A7. One year. After that you will have to pay the universal access price again.
